About Us

Welcome to Sip City — a versatile event venue designed for bringing people together in a relaxed, high-energy setting.

Our space is built to host a wide range of events, from birthdays and showers to corporate gatherings and ticketed parties. With multiple event areas to choose from, we offer flexible layouts that can accommodate both intimate groups and larger celebrations.

Sip City enhances every event with a curated selection of cocktails, craft beer, wine, and popular favorites, along with customizable drink packages, local catering partnerships, and optional entertainment like DJs or live music.

Whether you’re planning something casual or elevated, our team is here to help you create a seamless, memorable experience from start to finish.

Our Event Spaces

We offer two main event spaces ready to host your next gathering. 5 Points is our private event space able to be customized to suit your planning and hosting needs. Sip Lounge is our semi-private space located in our bottle shop and taproom. Both spaces also have access to our large outdoor patio with seating.

5 Points

Our 5 Points event space offers a dynamic and flexible setting designed for larger gatherings and high-energy events. Whether you’re hosting a celebration, corporate function, live music night, or private party, this space provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable experience.

  • Seated: Varies based on layout (minimum 30)

Pricing

  • Sunday–Thursday: $75/hour + $150 beverage minimum/hour
    • Full Day: $1000 (24 hours)
    • Half Day: $500 (12 hours)
  • Friday–Saturday: $150/hour + $200 beverage minimum/hour
    • Full Day: $2000 (24 hours)
    • Half Day: $1000 (12 hours)
  • Hours and pricing will be finalized with events teams

Sip Lounge

The Sip Lounge is a relaxed, semi-private space perfect for casual gatherings, watch parties, and small group celebrations. With a comfortable lounge feel and built-in TV, it’s a great option for groups looking to stay connected to the energy of the taproom while having a dedicated area to gather.

Enjoy two complimentary hours of event time when your total spend reaches $300.

Pricing

  • Sunday-Thursday: first 2 hours free
  • Friday-Saturday: $100/hr
  • The $300 minimum can be met through any combination of a Sip City drink package or bar sales during your event. If the total does not reach $300, the host covers the difference.

Events Information

Layouts and Floor Plans

You’re welcome to rearrange tables and chairs to fit your event layout. Please return everything to its original setup at the end of your event.

If patio access is needed, please notify your event coordinator.

Decorations

Allowed: balloons, pictures, tablecloths, flameless candles. Please bring painter’s tape for any decorations.
Not allowed: stapling, tacking, nailing, adhesives, command strips, glitter, or confetti.

Setup and Breakdown

Setup may begin 30 minutes before your event start time. Earlier setup must be approved and can be purchased for $75/hour.

All parties must vacate within 1 hour after the event ends. All decorations must be removed and trash disposed of properly.

The space must be returned to its original condition.
Damage/Cleaning fee starts at $250.

DJs and Vendors

We can connect you with local DJs, musicians, and décor partners.

All music must end at the agreed time. Events running over will incur a $150/hour fee.

Food Options

Outside food is allowed with a $100 catering fee.

Food truck available (based on availability) with a $100 setup fee.

Beverage Options

Over 400 different beverage options are available including:

  • Beers, Seltzers, Ciders
  • Wines: Red, Wine, Sparkling & Sweet
  • Non-alcoholic options: Sodas, Energy Drinks, Sparkling & Water

Food & Beverage Policies

20% gratuity applied to all packages and tabs

Gratuity does not count toward minimum spend

Any outside beverages are not permitted including non-alcoholic beverages. A fee of $300 will be charged to the host if any outside beverages are brought in by any of their guests and the event will be subject to being shut down immediately.

Parking

Dedicated event space parking in the large lot at Piedmont Middle School.

Rideshares can drop off and pick up at both the front and back entrances.

No Sip City guests can park in the Two Scoops Creamery lot nextdoor and are liable to be towed if so.
